Program Manager
The Program Managers report to the Vice President and General Manager. Increasing levels of expertise and responsibility for programs from proposal through operations and final billing:

  • Manages programs at all key stages:
    • Costing
    • Proposal preparation
    • Contracts - client and vendor
    • Site visits
    • Timeline
    • Billing and vendor payments
    • P&L
  • Participates in programs at all key stages
  • Supervises Program Coordinator and approves:
    • POE and collateral
    • First, second, and third communications and travel documents sent to participants
    • TD book and all travel manifests
  • Selects and books TC's with GM's approval
  • Conducts pre-conference meeting
  • Manages program on site
  • Reviews and prepares final billing

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 + years of experience managing corporate group meeting and incentive programs, depending on level of position. Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, cost and monitor program budgets, communicate effectively, and supervise others.

Technical skills:

Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; Access helpful
Airline reservations system experience helpful
